Meet Our Host: Simma Lieberman
For over thirty-five years, Simma has been a pioneer of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Her work as a consultant, speaker, and facilitator has taken her around the world, and helped leaders build inclusive workplaces where people love to do their best work, and customers love doing business.
Simma is known as “The Inclusionist” because she is able to bring people together, across race and other differences, to have the conversations that matter. As a result, people break down their biases and assumptions and discover fresh ways to collaborate.
